This issue is related to your server/hosting You can try one of the following fixes to solve this issue :
#1 in your file manager change "wpt-demo-importer" plugin folder permissions to 755 (then try to import again)
#2 reset your .htaccess file and then update your permalinks (then try to import again)
#3 deactivate and reactivate plugin "wpt-demo-importer" (then try to import again) --
